My Healthy VT Workshops

Vermont offers FREE workshops to help Vermonters prevent and manage their diabetes. Participants get up to 12 months of support from trained lifestyle coaches and a small group of others looking to make a change too. People who complete the program say they see big improvements, like eating better, feeling less depressed, and having a better relationship with their doctors.

Learn how to make small changes to:

  • Eat healthier
  • Get more physical activity
  • Manage stress
  • Create action plans customized for you
