Bringing Together Environmental and Public Health Data

The Vermont Environmental Public Health Tracking Program brings together environmental and public health data in one place. The Vermont Tracking portal provides data in maps, charts, and tables as a part of the State’s continuing effort to help Vermonters better understand the relationship between their environment and their health. Our program is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
