VT Helplink is a free resource for Vermonters, providing confidential, non-judgmental support and referrals based on your specific needs. No matter where in Vermont you are, a caring Helplink Specialist will listen to you, answer your questions, and help you or your loved one take a step toward recovery.

Peer Recovery Support

Peer recovery coaching and support connects you with other people with lived experience in recovery to provide support and assistance in navigating treatment and recovery services. Peer recovery coaches can help you reach your recovery goals. Learn more about recovery coaches.

Support Groups

Support groups provide peer support and encouragement on your recovery journey. These programs are peer-lead and are often recommended as part of a treatment plan. Twelve-step programs, such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are the most well-known support groups, but there are a number of options. Learn more about support groups.

Family Support
