Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program

To find an approved IDRP provider or treatment clinician, you can:

• Call VT Helplink at 802-565-LINK (5465) or
• View the IDRP schedule

You will need to contact the IDRP provider directly to sign up.

Substance use treatment with a Vermont clinician or counselor may also be required and VT Helplink can connect you with a provider as well.

We cannot register you for a program at the Department of Health.

Make sure to complete a Release of Confidential Information (ROI) form and send it to IDRP so we can share your completion status with the DMV.

Do not email your ROI form to IDRP.

After you complete all requirements and IDRP notifies the DMV that everything under Vermont law (§ 1209a) is completed, you can get your license reinstated with the DMV.
