Arthritis-Appropriate Evidence-Based Interventions (AAEBIs)—pronounced “Abbeys”—are proven to improve symptoms like pain and stiffness, increase mobility, and support better quality of life. Several organizations in Vermont offer one or more AAEBIs at no cost to participants. Some programs are offered in-person, while others are available virtually or in hybrid formats.
