In Vermont, our Immunization Program measures how many people recive vaccines. We use this data to see trends, identify groups at risk, and measure if our vaccine outreach efforts are working.

We ask Vermonters if they receive certain vaccinations during an annual health-related phone survey called the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey (BRFSS). Recent results show Vermont residents get vaccinations at similar or higher rates than the rest of the country.
